Intermediate Care Jobs in AR

Intermediate care services are a great way to avoid unnecessary hospital visits. They provide the support and treatment patients need, usually after they've left hospital or if it is believed that you will be sent there soon enough in your next steps on journey towards recovery.

As an intensive care unit (ICU) nurse, one of your responsibilities is to act as the patient’s advocate and make sure they get the best possible care. The patient may sometimes be unable to communicate their needs or concerns, so it’s up to you to quickly assess each individual case and respond accordingly in order to provide the most optimal care; and since patients can be hospitalized for extended periods of time, ICU nurses have a lot of downtime. Another responsibility is to call in prescriptions, vitals, and problems that arise with the patient to your physician or another nurse during off-hours.

RNs, CNAs, and LPNs connect to local facilities that are ready to fill nursing jobs immediately through the Nursa app.
