Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Come in the front door and go to the dining room straight ahead and RA's or other staff can bring you over to Memory Care unit if that is where your shift is.
Please wear scrubs. Please wear your hair up or bring something to put your hair up. You will be working with Dementia residents so please keep that in mind.
Please make sure charting is done before you leave and that MARS meds are signed out. We are a NO CPR FACILITY.
