- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records

- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures

Upon arrival, go to the nurse's station that is to the right and down the hallway when you enter the building, right before the Memory Care Center Doors. There is an agency binder located in the nurse's station that has "cheat sheets" for all of the med passes. Please review the binder and let the clinical supervisor know if you have any questions. There is an additional agency binder in the med room for review.
To access the med cart keys – there is a lock box in the nurses station. The code to the lock box is kept in the agency binder.
We utilize Point Click Care in our building. We will create a log in for you before your first shift with us.
The code to the memory care door is 8111*
Please make sure you are taking your 30-minute meal break. You can purchase a meal from our kitchen for $5 during the day shift. Please ask for a menu to fill out and return to the kitchen at least 2 hours before the meal. The kitchen is not open overnight.
