PACS at Creswell Post Acute is looking for LPN to fill shifts starting on April 30, 2026 in Creswell, Oregon 735 South 2nd Street OR 97426.
Healthcare workers, such as nurses, nursing assistants, and medication aides, provide care to patients under the supervision and guidance of nursing managers or physicians. Responsibilities might include:
