PACS South Creek Post Acute is looking for LPN to fill shifts starting on May 13, 2026 in Centralia, Washington 917 S Scheuber Rd WA 98531-9027.
Healthcare workers, such as nurses, nursing assistants, and medication aides, provide care to patients under the supervision and guidance of nursing managers or physicians. Responsibilities might include:
