PACS at Menlo Park Post Acute is looking for LPN to fill shifts starting on June 11, 2026 in Portland Hazelwood, Oregon 745 Northeast 122nd Avenue OR 97230.
Healthcare workers, such as nurses, nursing assistants, and medication aides, provide care to patients under the supervision and guidance of nursing managers or physicians.
