Methodology
After each shift, clinicians were allowed to rate their experience with the facility and leave comments using Nursa’s Shift Report feature. These reviews reflect clinician sentiment and do not assess patient experience or regulatory compliance.
To qualify for recognition, facilities must have scheduled at least 10 unique clinicians through Nursa and received a minimum of 50 clinician reviews. Facilities must also remain active on the Nursa platform during the selection period and have a public profile on nursa.com/facilities where the award badge can be featured. Each facility is eligible for only one award per year, though multiple locations within the same organization can qualify independently.
The Most Trusted facility award recognizes the best-rated facilities that have scheduled 100 or more unique clinicians and have completed more posted jobs than other facilities. This uncovered facilities that managed shifts more efficiently compared to the average facility, helping Nursa uncover best practices to help other facilities manage sudden increases in staffing needs and better understand high-volume scheduling workflows.
