Healthcare workers, such as nurses, nursing assistants, and medication aides, provide care to patients under the supervision and guidance of nursing managers or physicians. Nursa clinicians can work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted-living facilities (ALFs), nursing and residential care facilities, physicians’ offices, home healthcare services, and more.
Responsibilities might include:
A clinician’s duties can vary significantly based on their license type, work setting, and additional certifications or specialization, among other factors. Allowing for these variations, the following are typical responsibilities of healthcare workers:
- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Please head to the second floor. Our assignment book will show you what hall you're on. Please keep in mind if you're a last-minute add on your name might not be on the schedule. You will need to clock in and out using the time clock, it is located above the charge nurse's desk.
All tasks, including charting, must be completed before leaving. If anything is left undone, we will contact you promptly to return and complete it, as we will not process your payment if tasks are left undone.
We use point-click care, and a 30-minute lunch is mandatory. The staffing coordinator's working hours are not 24 hours, but 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you are calling out, please make sure you do so in a timely manner. Any last-minute call-offs will result in being DNR from the facility.
Please also remember your provided logins. Our I.T. company isn't 24 hours either, which can cause a delay as we need to reset everything.
