Total care home health client requiring 24-hour care in the Dacono area- please be within 30-45 mins of location. These are 12hr shifts that require a nurse with the following experience: trach suctioning and care/cleaning, vent experience, g-tube feedings/med administration, and transfers using a hoyer lift. Must complete 2 orientation/training shifts with the client and regularly scheduled nurse before being scheduled alone with the client to learn the schedule/routine of the client and have client-specific competencies completed.
