Pros

Residents are fun to be around and be able to assist. There are few staff that will help you when needed.

Cons

Cooperation as a team is nonexistent. Staff is mainly selfish and do not show genuine care for residents. There are only a handful from each department of staff that actually care for residents and their families' needs. Communication is not effective to be able to work for everyone, as a business should. Needs a lot of work from higher positions to effectively run a business of this capacity and set the right tone for the rest of the people.
