Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living

Long Beach Care Center is a 163-bed secured facility, using wanderguard system with delayed release exits that are locked and alarmed.
Please park in the back lot. Use the back entrance at the end of the lot. Knock on the door and the monitor will open it for you. Check in with the DSD during business hours or the RN supervisor anytime to get your assignment.
One 30-min meal break is required to be taken prior to the 5th hour of work. Two ten-minute breaks must be taken on site, not within the first or last hour of the shift.
CNA documentation is on paper. LVN and RN documentation is electronic, using Point Click Care.
Orientation will be provided in the beginning of your shift. Huddle is mandatory. Please make sure to attend to get pertinent information.
