Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Please park in front of building and come through main entrance. If before 8am or after 8pm, ring the doorbell to the right of the door.
Go through both sets of doors to the elevator past the reception desk to come to 2nd floor.
Nurses station will be straight ahead from elevators, check in with Charge Nurse.
Please wear royal blue scrubs. Please do not wear anything with other facility logos.
Please make sure all charting is completed before leaving or you will be asked to return to the facility to finish, this includes medications also.
