Responsibilities might include:

Provide patient care

Before you leave, get the charge nurse/supervisor to sign your 530 form
Write the break times in your 530 form

Sign the Attendance sheet in the Green binder located at the front desk
- Report to the Charge Nurse on duty for your assignment

PCC charting access will be given to you before your shift via TEXT MESSAGE.
In order to get paid on time:
- You must complete your charting
- Sign the CDPH 530 form located at the Front Desk, Please have your charge nurse/supervisor to sign out by the end of your shift.
