Overview
In Q3 2024, Nursa conducted an electronic survey of its national clinician user base. Intended to provide a deeper understanding of the career profile and preferences of Nursa platform users, the survey also offers insight into broader career trends among nurse clinicians who pursue shift work.
Methodology
Nursa sent the survey to registered users, asking them to answer a series of approximately 30 questions—including sets of unique questions based on their platform usage. To incentivize participation, Nursa offered to award 10 $100 Visa gift cards to a random selection of survey respondents.
More than 2,000 users responded to the survey. Respondents represent clinicians in 44 states with an average age of 38. Virtually every major license type—CNA, LPN, RN—had the same response rate.
