- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Arrival:
- This is Locked Facility- When you arrive at the facility, call 310-672-1012 for the front door entrance (parking is downstairs).
- Pass through the double doors on the right.
- Check in at Station 1.
Late Arrival:
- If you are running more than 5 minutes late, call 310-672-1012 or text 323-984-5811.
Dress Code:
- Wear proper uniform (e.g., scrubs).
- Hair up during the shift.
- No Crocs or open-toed shoes allowed.
- No artificial nails or nail extenders (per infection control guidelines).
- No large hoop earrings or jewelry (scrub jewelry only).
Policies:
- First time at the facility: Sign the abuse policy and complete first-time orientation.
- Notify the facility when you are leaving
- You must attend the in-service training- mandatory AM 8:30 a.m., and for PM shift 3:30 p.m.
- Do not take pictures of facility material
