Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

PARKING: please park across the street or behind the building; do NOT park in the spots in front of the building, they are for our residents' families and visitors. TIMECLOCK: please make sure you are put into the time clock and you punch in and out. DOCUMENTATION: all documentation must be completed before you leave, this is for nursing and aides. The supervisor will give you PCC and; or POC access upon your arrival if you do not have. ATTIRE: we have a uniform policy; scrubs. You may cover your head for religious purposes; please wear a solid color. PHONES/EAR BUDS: please do not use your phone or have ear buds in when caring for our residents; these are not permitted in any patient care area. LUNCH/BREAKS; not permitted on the unit; there is a staff breakroom; please ask the receptionist or the supervisor for directions. Thank you for coming to St. Francis.
