Center Management | Orientation (PA)

Center Management runs its Pennsylvania facilities under an orientation record of their own, separate from the one covering the group's other states. It is training rather than a document you sign, and it sits with your other nursing credentials once complete.

What does the orientation cover?

Material that holds across the group's Pennsylvania buildings.

  • Facility protocols governing how the units run day to day.
  • Compliance standards for clinicians picking up shifts on a registry basis.
  • Resident rights, abuse prevention, and the duties you carry as mandated reporters.
  • Infection control, emergency codes, and evacuation procedures.

How is this different from the Pennsylvania contractor agreement?

They are 2 separate requirements and you need both. The contractor agreement is paperwork setting the terms you work under. The orientation is training covering how the buildings operate. Signing the agreement teaches you nothing about the units, and finishing orientation says nothing about the terms, so each stays its own credential on your profile.

Does it cover the group's other states?

No. Center Management maintains a separate orientation for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, so a clinician picking up on both sides of the state line carries both records. Check the credential list attached to a shift rather than assuming one clears the other.

Complete your orientation

This is facility-specific training, so it comes from Center Management rather than an outside certifying body, and it does not transfer to another operator.

Work through every module in ShiftReady before requesting a Pennsylvania shift. Because this credential is not handled in the Nursa app, keep your completion record somewhere you can produce it if a facility asks.

Sign up as a clinician and clear Pennsylvania's orientation before the shifts you want start posting.

Testimonial about Nursa

A better control of my time!”

“I love that I can choose my schedule and not stress so much about work. I also love that I can be responsible for my own work. I now feel like I get treated the way I deserve and still make a huge difference in my patients’ lives.”

Testimonial about Nursa from the real users

Nursa is always there for me!”

“I love the easy user-friendly app with clear pictures and information about a facility. I work with other agencies and the Nursa app is most visually appealing! The best thing about Nursa though is the professional attitude of the staff whenever you call or need help. Again, surpasses other agencies”
