- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality

- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

If this is your first shift at the facility and you have no prior experience with PCC for charting, please arrive 1 hour early for your shift for facility walkthrough and PCC review (you will be paid for this time).
If you have prior experience with PCC, please arrive 30 minutes before your shift for facility walkthrough (you will be paid for this time).
Nurse's station is right inside of door. Check in with someone at the nurse's station and look at daily assignment to see where you are for the shift.
NO ear buds or phones allowed on the floor, if an emergency arises and you need to use your phone, step off the floor. Please bring your name tag/badge and a pen. If you don't have a name tag, please fill one out at the nurses station when you arrive.
Charting must be done before you leave your shift, or it will be your responsibility to come back and finish on your own time. We use Point Click Care for our charting platform.
Please always allow for walk through and report at the end of your shift. (15-20mins).
Please do not call the facility to ask them to accept the shift request. The facility will reach out if necessary.
If you are canceling a scheduled shift, you MUST call the facility to notify them. Canceling the shift via the app message feature will not count as canceling your shift.
