Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living

We use Matrix for charting at the facility. Please check in with the RN Supervisor in the Main Conference Room when you arrive FIRST THING to start your shift. You will be given a temporary login and password for Matrix.
This facility also requires a paper chart in and chart out. This paper will be kept in the Main Conference Room with the RN Supervisor. You MUST sign this paper sheet at the START and END of your shift. The facility will go over all your electronic charting before you leave and if any corrections need to be made, this will happen before you leave.
You will also need to CLOCK IN and CLOCK OUT on the Nursa app for your time card.
Parking -- do NOT park in yellow spots. These are resident parking. Do NOT park in the parking lot with the big horses. Parking entrance will be Exeter Street.
