Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

We have two entry gates—one on Germantown Parkway and one on Exeter. Please use the Exeter entrance, and inform the gate attendant that you are here for an interview. Once through the gate, turn right and follow the curved road. Shortly after the curve, you’ll see a Pavilion on your left.
Please park in the VISITOR parking spaces and enter through the door under the Pavilion cover. Please avoid parking in any yellow outlined parking spaces, those are for residents. Once inside, let the concierge (receptionist) know you are here to work a shift and they will direct to the conference room where you will receive your assignment location, and Matrix login. Please make sure all charting is completed prior to clocking out!
