Job Opening: CNA - Home Healthcare Services (Maricopa Valley)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their private homes, group homes, and various facilities across the Maricopa Valley. As a CNA with our team, your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with their activities of daily living (ADLs), such as showers or bed baths, based on individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide care in private homes, group homes, and facilities across Maricopa Valley.
• Communicate with patients and caregivers to confirm a 2-hour window for care and introduce yourself.
• Start your day by picking up necessary supplies from the office (or start from home if no supplies are needed).
• Maintain patient records and charting as per instructions provided via email or text from the CNA supervisor.
• Ensure all patients are seen as scheduled, from 8am to 4pm, with flexibility for earlier start times as needed.

Additional Information:

• You will be assigned a list of patients with contact details and addresses for your shift.
• We strive to keep patient visits as geographically close together as possible, but travel within the Maricopa Valley is expected.
• Flexibility and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.
