Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Qualifications:

- You must clock in and out of the Time-clock at the Facility
- It is located in front of the DSD's office
- We will message you to get your Log-in code set up
- Click in when you arrive, clock in and out for breaks, and clock out when you leave
- It is located in front of the DSD's office
- Sign the 530 form when you arrive and before you leave
- Complete your charting before the end of the shift
- Charting is done on paper
