Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

- When you arrive at the facility, go to Station Subacure, ask for RN Supervisor (a.m.) Charge Nurse (all other shifts)
- Sign daily assignment sheet 530- If not completed this may delay payment
Late Arrival:
- If you are running more than 5 minutes late, call 626-826-4594 or 626-338-8481
- Please be on time, if you arrive late you may be sent home.
- If you arrive late you cannot stay late to make up the time
