Laila Ighani is a senior editor at Nursa, where she has served as a contributing copywriter and editor since January 2022. She specializes in crafting compelling long-form content on nursing finances, clinical specializations, career development, and staffing solutions for facilities. With a background in the wellness and holistic health sectors, Laila brings a unique perspective to her writing.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Educational Psychology from the San Pablo Bolivian Catholic University and a Birth Doula Certificate from the Simkin Center at Bastyr University.
