- 3.0 from Current Employee
Pros
100% of Medical insurance premiums paid for employees only. Longevity pay beginning with your 2nd year of employment.
Cons
Mandatory retirement contributions, outdated computer equipment, have to go to another unit to access the tools necessary to do your job, DOS-based computer apps, unclear & convoluted directions (making one jump thru hoops to get something simple done), rampant bureaucracy, decision-makers don't know how the workers are doing, making arbitrary decisions about how to function in the trenches, mandatory shift stay-overs & OT, chronic staff shortages.
