Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care across a variety of nursing specialties, such as Medical-Surgical, Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, or Oncology
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and assess patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Accurately and comprehensively document patient information
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Comply with all facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current, unencumbered California RN license
  • Experience in chosen nursing specialty (excluding clinical rotations and orientation)
  • Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the specialty (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
