Responsibilities might include:

Provide patient care
Assist patients with activities of daily living
Document patient care and maintain health records
Maintain patient confidentiality
Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Lunch Break: In compliance with Oregon State Law, lunch breaks are mandatory. Please manage your time effectively throughout the day to accommodate this requirement.
PCC Login: If you do not yet have a PCC login, please be sure to request one. If you have an existing account but have forgotten your password, kindly request a reset.
Charting: Accurate and thorough charting is crucial. Before concluding your shift, ensure that all charting is completed and aligned with the Kardex. Your shift will not be approved if charting is incomplete or inaccurate.
Teamwork: Collaboration is key to a successful shift. Please actively engage with your colleagues and support one another throughout the day. A positive team dynamic helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Punctuality: Timeliness is important. Please be sure to arrive on time and report directly to the nurse on your assigned hallway. You are allowed a 15-minute grace period for both arrival and departure.
Performance Rating: We assess staff performance based on various achievements. As you meet specific milestones, you will earn a star rating, reflecting your contributions and performance.
Parking and Building Access: Staff parking is located at the rear of the building. To enter, use the door code 2580 at the back entrance.
If you are staying over more than 30 minutes pass your shift , please call 971-274-6777 for an approval. Thank you!

If house staff pick up last minutes, you will need to work for 4 hours and be sent home after.

All Licensed nurse, please make sure that the DHS sheet is fill out and sign each shift you work. If you are at station 1.
