Responsibilities might include:
A clinician’s duties can vary significantly based on their license type, work setting, and additional certifications or specialization, among other factors. Allowing for these variations, the following are typical responsibilities of healthcare workers:
- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Please make sure to manage your time accurately. You can work at least an hour after your shift is over for any LPN or CMA and for CNA is 15 minutes. Anything over will need to be approved.

Mandatory 30 minutes lunch break per OREGON LAW. We just want to keep the building in compliance w/OSHA and not violating labor laws. Thank you!

- Complete all charting by the end of the shift
- Be on time, you know you're going to be late; please call the facility @503-256-2151. you can only be 15 minutes late for your shift.
- Remember your login information for charting
- Take mandatory lunch break
- Be a team player
Violating any 5 rules more than 3 times, you will not be allowed back in the building for 6 months.
