Fun Things to do in Vancouver

With Vancouver right on the border of Portland, Oregon - there is zero shortage of things to experience for people from all walks of life. It is home to some of the most popular bands in history, and there are a lot of great places to explore and experience. One of those places is Silver Star Mountain. It has a 1,000 ft. incline, on a four-mile round trip hike on a mountain that is 4,390 ft. tall. This is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and pack a picnic.

If street food is more the style for the day, look no further than the gourmet street food cart Stanwich. The owner is a transplant from Chicago and brings an Italian beef taste that does not exist anywhere else in Vancouver or Portland. He is highly reviewed and sells out often. If making your food is something on your mind, then the best place to search for good organic, local, and artisanal products is to visit the Vancouver Farmers Market. They have three different markets to explore, so check out the website for dates, times, and events.
