Miranda has been a licensed Registered Nurse in Ohio since 2007 and has a healthy background in travel, agency, per diem nursing, and healthcare IT jobs. She holds an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Nursing (ADN) from Northwest State Community College (NWSCC) and had a full-ride Presidential Scholarship for maintaining a GPA above 3.5 throughout her high school education.

Miranda has worked with Nursa as an SEO content marketing administrator, medical fact checker, and publishing editor since 2019, before the company was officially launched. She has specialization in pediatrics, cardiac care unit (CCU), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs), Medsurg, telemetry (TELE), nursing informatics (IT), and progressive care units (PCUs). She’s worked full-time in digital marketing since 2013 and brings an exciting combination of stellar copywriting skills and first-hand nursing experience to the table. Obsessed with and driven by data, Miranda holds certifications in Copywriting, Journalism, and Graphic Design, and she has profound experience writing about hospice/palliative care, grief, and dying.

Furthermore, she is an advocate to help end the opioid epidemic and has been writing for the natural medicine industry, as well, since 2017. Her role at Nursa is to ensure our message is stated loudly and clearly to our audience and the search engines to deliver jobs and get nurses to the bedsides of patients in need. In her free time - she loves to travel, spend time with her family, and learn about different cultures worldwide. Sales copy for landing pages is her passion, and she’s deeply involved with collaboration and project management throughout the team.
