Founded in 2003, Emerald Memory Care Center of Claremore, Oklahoma provides compassionate care to those with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other related memory impairments. As a specialized facility, Emerald Memory Care Center strives to meet its mission of honoring each individual with respect and dignity while providing the highest quality of care in a safe and secure environment.To this end, Emerald Memory Care Center offers a variety of services to meet the needs of its residents. These include 24-hour nursing care, a secure indoor and outdoor environment, therapeutic activities and social programs, physical and occupational therapy, and a variety of holistic approaches to care. A dedicated team of physicians, nurses, and caregivers is on-site to provide the highest quality of care and ensure the safety and well-being of each resident.
