Great agency to work with until...

- 4.0 from Former Freelancer

Pros

Daily pay,Overtime,Family oriented,Flexible hours.Explore different facilities (local & long distance) positive energy, This company also have benefits.

Cons

You’re signing your life over ,well to be fair (like any job in nursing). But since we’re talking about an agency ,& Not a Full time position at a Nursing facility or Hospital. All of the double /triple shifts& travels, could become overwhelming and inhuman .Sure you’re able to pick up shifts or decline shifts But you’ll get a load of text messages practically begging you to pick up shifts you’re unavailable to accept. (Think about the $$$) is all you’ll see in the text thread. No concerns about your own personal being ,life or family. For the most part I’m a hardworking mother of three ,with a child who has a disability . I was dedicated &dependable, with flexibility . I picked up shifts as soon as they became available.Developed a very close bond with the staff, just for them to let me go during a challenging time of having to handle an Immediate Inconvenience as a single parent . Nothing bad to say about this company(besides the low pay rates) $14 (RHA Group homes ,$17 Nursing homes& $22 COVID units .I must say I’ve learned a lot from them & Change is Not always bad.
