Responsibilities might include:
A clinician’s duties can vary significantly based on their license type, work setting, and additional certifications or specialization, among other factors. Allowing for these variations, the following are typical responsibilities of healthcare workers:
- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Qualifications:

**Please note the following policies (if you do not follow these requirements, we have the right to hold, delay or claw-back your pay):
- You are required to take a 30 minute break
- You must complete charting
- You must sign the 530 form
- call outs less than 4 hours can result in being blocked from the facility
- You CANNOT stay more than 5 minutes past your scheduled end time (unless approved by Assistant DSD/Staffing)
- You must clock in and clock out of the facility time keeping system
