Responsibilities might include:
A clinician’s duties can vary significantly based on their license type, work setting, and additional certifications or specialization, among other factors. Allowing for these variations, the following are typical responsibilities of healthcare workers:
- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Enter through the front door of the building. After 5pm this door will be locked, so you have to ask a Nurse at Nurse Station 2 to come in and out of the building. Please keep leaving and re-entering the building to a minimum.)
- Upon arrival, please check in at Nursing Station 2.
- There will be a binder with your PCC login information under your name.
- Please complete your charting and sign the 530 form before you leave.
- If this is the NOC shift, you will have to enter the building through the Rehab entrance, which is further down the parking lot.
