LPN Responsibilities
Shift Instructions Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the care provided by CNA's (Quality of Life Specialists QLS). Respond to the call system when necessary. Provide nursing care according to physicians’ orders. Accurately administer prescribed medications, blood sugars and injections. MUST BE IV CERTIFIED> We are looking for experienced, hardworking LPN/LVN with good customer service, critical thinking and clinical skills, who will provide care and assessments to our residents, supervise and assist aides and have knowledge of PCC. When you accept a shift with us, you are a member of our Team! PPE will be provided to ensure you and our community’s safety during this time. We appreciate your dedication and care for our residents and support for the overall team. You will be working with wonderful residents and team members here and we look forward to working with you! We are looking to hire full-time LPN/LVN’s! *PLEASE CLOCK OUT FOR A 30-minute break, ALL CHARTING MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE END OF YOUR SHIFT Please make sure all charting has been completed by the time you clock out including NURSING - DAILY SKILLED CHARTING FORM - V 3.0 SKILLED NURSING NOTES are DAYS are EVEN #S and NIGHTS are ODDS, this will reflect the star rating once we review /verify the shifts.
