How Nursa Helps Facilities and Nurses

The nursing profession is incredibly important, encompassing a variety of roles and responsibilities. However, in recent years, there has been a national nursing shortage that has led to high levels of nurse burnout and turnover rates. This has resulted in many healthcare facilities needing to be more staffed and struggling to find qualified and dedicated nurses to fill their open positions. As a response to this shortage, many healthcare facilities have turned to Nursa to source registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to fill shift gaps and cover staff call-offs, vacancies, and planned time off with PRN jobs.

What Are PRN LPN Jobs?

Nursa's PRN LPN jobs are independently contracted shifts, and nurses can decide whether to work them or not. This flexibility allows nurses to choose when and where they want to work, making it an attractive option for those seeking a better work-life balance.
