2026 Center Management | Orientation (NJ, NY, CT)

Center Management Group issues its facility orientation by calendar year, and the 2026 Center Management orientation is the current version for the group's New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut locations. The online course walks through facility protocols, compliance standards, and resident care policies. Nursa verifies it on your clinician profile before you can request a shift at a CMG building in those 3 states.

Who needs to complete this orientation

Any clinician taking an on-site shift at a Center Management Group facility completes the current orientation first, including:

  • Registered nurses
  • Licensed practical nurses and licensed vocational nurses
  • Certified nursing assistants and other nursing aides

What the orientation covers

Because registry clinicians arrive without a traditional onboarding period, the course front-loads the 3 areas that matter on a first shift.

  • Facility protocols that govern how CMG locations run their units.
  • Compliance standards that apply to clinicians working shifts on a registry basis.
  • Resident care policies specific to Center Management Group facilities.

Where the requirement applies

Completing this orientation clears you for CMG shifts in:

  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Connecticut

Pennsylvania locations sit under a separate orientation record, so clinicians who cross into that state need it as well.

The 2026 version and prior years

Center Management Group tracks each year's orientation as its own credential, which means the 2026 Center Management orientation is a separate record from the 2025 one rather than a renewal of it. If you completed the 2025 orientation, check which version your upcoming CMG shifts call for before you assume you are covered.

Complete your credential

This orientation is facility-specific training, so the course lives in ShiftReady rather than with an outside certifying body.

Work through every module in the 2026 course before you request a CMG shift.

A better control of my time!”

Testimonial about Nursa from the real users

Nursa is always there for me!”

“I love the easy user-friendly app with clear pictures and information about a facility. I work with other agencies and the Nursa app is most visually appealing! The best thing about Nursa though is the professional attitude of the staff whenever you call or need help. Again, surpasses other agencies”
