Operators often pair the contractor agreement itself with related documents, such as an acknowledgment of facility policies or a tax form. Check what the record asks for and sign all of it, since a partial submission leaves the credential unverified and the shifts closed.
What does a state-level agreement cover?
Every Center Management facility in New Jersey rather than one building. That is a real difference from operators that require separate paperwork per location, and it means signing once opens the group's New Jersey shifts collectively. It also means a Center Management building opening elsewhere in the state does not usually restart the process for you.
Do New York and Connecticut shifts need their own?
Expect so. Center Management organizes its requirements by state, including its orientation records, so a clinician picking up across the group's Northeast footprint should plan on separate agreements rather than one that travels. The credential list attached to a shift confirms which applies.
