Center Management (NJ, NY, CT) and Autumn Lake | Orientation

Some facilities may require the combined Center Management and Autumn Lake orientation before approving clinicians to pick up shifts at their location. The credential names both operators, with Center Management scoped to its New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut facilities.

Why one credential names two operators

Credential lists sometimes carry a record covering more than one operator. What that reflects varies, so the practical point is narrower: this record is not the same item as an orientation naming only one of them. A posting that names the combined record is asking for the combined record.

What an orientation credential of this type covers

Records like this one generally cover the ground a permanent hire absorbs during onboarding, compressed for someone arriving for a single shift.

• Facility protocols covering how the locations run their units.
• Compliance standards that apply to clinicians working on a registry basis.
• Resident care policies specific to the operators named.

Because the material is written around particular operators' buildings, it belongs to those operators rather than to an outside certifying body.

Matching the record to the posting

Both operators also appear on credential lists under their own names, and Center Management labels records by year and by region. A shift posting may therefore name a single-operator record, a year-specific one, or this combined one. Reading the name as written is more reliable than matching the closest record already on file, particularly for a clinician picking up per diem shifts across several buildings.

How to add this credential to your Nursa profile

Combined records are added the same way as any other credential.

1. Navigate to your Profile in the Nursa app.
2. Locate Credentials on your profile view.
3. Select the "+" button.
4. Select "Add Credential."
5. Select the credential you want to add.
6. Follow the instructions to add your credential.
