An orientation record answers a narrow question: has this clinician been through the material this operator puts in front of people working its buildings. It says nothing about clinical ability, which licensure and experience already cover. That narrowness is the point, and it is also why the record stays with the operator that wrote it rather than transferring elsewhere.

Before requesting a shift somewhere new

How to add this credential to your Nursa profile
Facility orientations are added the same way as any other credential.
- Navigate to your Profile in the Nursa app.

- Select the "+" button.
- Select "Add Credential."
- Select the credential you want to add.
- Follow the instructions to add your credential.
