What a group-level record covers
Where an operator runs more than one building, an orientation written at the group level describes the practices shared across them rather than the particulars of any single address. A clinician picking up at several of the group's locations may find the same record named each time, alongside anything an individual building keeps separately.

Material of this type compresses what a permanent hire absorbs gradually into something completed beforehand.
- Facility protocols covering how the group's locations run their units.
- Standards that apply to clinicians working on a registry basis.
- Resident care policies specific to the operator.
Because it is built around particular buildings, it belongs to that operator rather than to an outside certifying body, and it does not carry to another.
Reading a credential list before you request
The list attached to a posting is the earliest view of what a facility expects, and it reflects that building and that role rather than the operator generally. Checking it before requesting leaves room to sort out anything missing, which matters more for shifts posted at short notice.
How to add this credential to your Nursa profile
Facility orientations are added the same way as any other credential.
- Navigate to your Profile in the Nursa app.
- Locate Credentials on your profile view.
- Select the "+" button.
- Select "Add Credential."
- Select the credential you want to add.
- Follow the instructions to add your credential.
