A named process rather than a subject
Most training records name a topic. This one names a process the organization runs, which suggests material built around a defined internal procedure rather than general subject matter. The organization maintaining it is the authority on what the process involves and how it is applied.
Why a single location appears in the name
Naming a city usually means the record belongs to that program rather than to every location under the same brand. For a clinician, that means completing it for one program does not account for another elsewhere, even under the same name. A posting naming a location is naming that program specifically.
Inservice training and its cycle
Inservice records refresh rather than introduce, recurring for as long as someone keeps working at a location. Where a facility also keeps an orientation, the two cover different ground and are tracked separately. A credential list may name either.
Because the material is built around one organization's process, it belongs to that organization rather than to an outside certifying body.
Where to confirm what applies to you
Process-specific training is defined by whoever runs the process, so the organization is the place to start with anything the credential name leaves open. The credential list on a shift posting shows what applies to a particular assignment.
How to add this credential to your Nursa profile
For an inservice record, the path depends on how the organization delivers it.
- Navigate to your Profile in the Nursa app.
- Locate Credentials on your profile view.
- Select the "+" button.
- Select "Add Credential."
- Select the credential you want to add.
- Follow the instructions to add your credential.
