Records scoped by role
The facility keeps separate orientations for certified nursing assistants and for licensed nurses. Each covers the parts of the building's operation that role encounters, which keeps the material relevant rather than padding both with ground the other does not need. A credential list names the one that fits the assignment.
Why that matters on a profile
Because the records are tracked independently, completing one does not account for the other. A clinician holding more than one credential, or picking up in different capacities, may find each named on different postings. Matching what a posting says as written is more reliable than assuming a related entry already on file covers it.
What facility orientations cover
Material of this type compresses what a permanent hire absorbs gradually into something completed beforehand.

How to add these credentials to your Nursa profile
Orientation records are added the same way as any other credential.
- Navigate to your Profile in the Nursa app.
- Locate Credentials on your profile view.
- Select the "+" button.
- Select "Add Credential."
- Select the credential you want to add.
- Follow the instructions to add your credential.
