Nexus Neurorecovery Center in San Antonio is an inpatient specialty care hospital providing care for adolescents with brain or spinal cord injuries, or who have coexisting mental, emotional, and physical health needs. 

Transitional suites are available for families and caregivers to practice caring for their loved ones at home, while a secure behavioral unit features anti-barricade doors and anti-ligature suites.
