Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

CNA - AC
This shift is in our Assured Care (Memory Care) on our Assisted Living side.
You can either go through the main entrance (off Haynes Drive) and turn left out of the front lobby or drive to the back of the building and go to the door with "Assured Care" above it.
This hall is locked by a coded door, so when you arrive please ring the door bell at the door and someone will let you in.
Please check-in with your nurse when you arrive. If they are not in the nurse station, please check for them on the hall.
