Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

- You will be given a purple lanyard to wear for your shift. You can write your name and clip to the lanyard to serve as your nametag. Please leave lanyard and nametag at the reception desk before you leave.

- When clocking into Kronos, select "Nursa" from the Registry dropdown list. USE YOUR KRONOS TIME PUNCHES WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR NURSA SHIFT REPORT. Make sure to clock in and out through our Kronos time system, for your arrival, your break times, and your departure.
- Please make sure to complete all your your charting.
- Please sign 530 form at station before leaving for the day!
- No long, artificial nails. Only a quarter inch long or less.
