Once in ask for the supervisor, during the week, it will be Kimberly, on the weekend please report to the nurse for your assignment. You must have the respiratory certification(nurses only), orientation packet, and PCC request form completed before you arrive, as getting a log in takes a minute. Also please ensure your documentation for MARS/TARS and POC is completed before leaving, as you will be required to return and complete before picking up another shift. If this is repeated behavior, it will affect your picking up more this facility shifts.
