Goshen College-Eastern Mennonite University DNP Consortium

The DNP Consortium brings together two private Mennonite-affiliated institutions: Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana, and Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Rather than each school running a separate doctoral program, the two partner to deliver a single Doctor of Nursing Practice curriculum, which gives students access to combined faculty expertise from both campuses. The program is post-MSN, so applicants come in already licensed and holding a master's degree in nursing.

Coursework is delivered fully online across 33 credit hours and 10 courses, structured for nurses who are working while they study. Students can move through the program in nine semesters at a standard pace or compress it into six through an accelerated option. As a practice doctorate rather than a research degree, the DNP centers on translating evidence into practice, quality improvement, health systems leadership, and analyzing outcomes at the population and organizational level.
