Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care across a variety of nursing specialties, such as Medical-Surgical, Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, or Oncology
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Accurately and comprehensively document patient information
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Comply with all facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, unencumbered California RN license
- Experience in chosen nursing specialty (excluding clinical rotations and orientation)
- Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the specialty (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
