I could not have asked for more helpful, understanding and fantastic people to work with. Charge nurse, [REDACTED NAME,] night nurses, [REDACTED NAME] and Jenson, night CNAs, [REDACTED NAME] and [REDACTED NAME,] day House Sup, Meaghan, day shift nurses, [REDACTED NAME] and [REDACTED NAME,] and Nurse Manager, [REDACTED NAME!] I was under the impression that I was taking an ICU shift with the slight possibility of [REDACTED NAME] patients, but arrived on a [REDACTED NAME] only floor. Being an ICU and flight nurse for the majority of my career, has me accustomed to and comfortable with a 1:1-2 nurse:patient ratio. [REDACTED NAME] is typically a 1:5 ratio, which I was mortified to find out when I had already accepted my shift. This unit was so understanding, accommodating, helpful and wonderful, I hope they allow me to work with them many more times in the future! Thank you Park City Med/Surg, you all were fantastic and appreciated more than you know!
